Ewa is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions, EY, where she provides services in the areas of raising debt and financial restructuring. Ewa has around 20 years of experience in financial advisory, particularly in the area of debt advisory, including financial restructuring. Ewa’s experience enables her to work effectively with C-suit level at companies, companies’ shareholders and other relevant stakeholders, including in particular lenders. In her career, Ewa has advised in a wide range of debt raising processes, including project financing (both greenfield and brownfield project financing transactions), raising debt for other corporate purposes, acquisition financing, as well as debt restructuring processes, supporting clients from various sectors such as infrastructure, energy (including renewable energy), manufacturing, retail, distribution, and financial services.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds ACCA and PMP certificates.
Ewa is a member of the Association of Restructuring Practitioners.
