With more than 20 years’ experience within the fields of individual tax, social security and salary matters, Trond helps companies and private individuals to find good and effective solutions that result in positive customer experiences.
Trond has a wealth of experience as a tax advisor for Norwegian and international companies. He is also highly experienced in setting up Management Incentive Plans for the PE-industry.
Trond has in-debth knowledge about the regulatory framework and Corporate Governance related to remuneration plans for finance institutions.
Before joining EY, Trond worked at the Norwegian Tax Administration for three years.
Trond holds a Candidate of Law degree (Cand. Jur) from the University of Oslo.
How Trond is building a better working world
Together with our customers I work to develop compensation packages that reward performance, to the benefit of the employees and shareholders in the company, at the same time as the packages comply with applicable legislation and regulatory guidelines.
One example of this might be analyzing salary data to investigate whether there are differences in salary between men and women who have the same type of position and propose measures that can reduce such differences in salary.
