Ray leads the EY Reshaping Results Solution in the US for the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry vertical. He acts as a financial advisor in transformations, performance improvement, turnaround and transactions involving well-performing, underperforming, stressed and distressed assets.

He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in turnaround, performance improvement and M&A, advising stakeholders and assisting driving sustainable increases in enterprise value. Furthermore, Ray has experience in board and C-level roles.

Ray has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Loyola University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
