Jan Erik is a Partner at Strategy and Transactions, and heads up the Corporate Finance division in Norway. He has worked with mergers and acquisitions at EY since 2013 and previously held the position of investment director in the field of corporate venture.
A graduate in societal security and risk management, he holds an Executive MBA in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
