The EY Sustainability Café is a series of round table discussions where stakeholders from different perspectives discuss current developments in the field of sustainability.
During this fourth session, we will discuss the impact of the recent adoption of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the release of the first set of 12 (draft) ESRS standards.
We gladly introduce our guests for this Sustainability Café:

We provide answers to the following questions:
CSRD: strategic business opportunity or compliance exercise?
What are the main focus areas of the CSRD and 12 (draft) ESRS standards?
What are the main changes in the (draft) standards compared to the exposure drafts?
How are companies preparing themselves for these new requirements?
What will be the impact on the internal organisation for companies (e.g. resources, processes and internal controls, data and IT)?
How do companies ensure proper governance and to what extent will governance be affected by the new standards?
How can companies be compliant and manage risk at fair costs?
