Norman Emmenlauer serves as the EY EMEIA Leader for CFO-led Sustainability and is a Partner in Business Consulting at EY Consulting GmbH in Germany. In this role, he advises CFOs on integrating ESG into strategic decision-making, driving sustainable transformations and enhancing long-term value. With over 20 years of experience in finance and business consulting, Norman has led numerous large-scale finance transformations and SAP roll-out projects.

Before joining EY, Norman gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on finance excellence and integrated reporting. He holds a PGD in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Norman's experience and dedication makes him a trusted advisor in the realm of finance transformation and sustainability.
