In his role as EY Americas Retail Sector Leader and a global client service partner at Ernst & Young LLP, Mark’s commitment to providing exceptional service is evident at the crossroads of markets, people, quality and operations. His diverse experiences within different facets of the business have sharpened his insight into the unique needs of clients. Mark has spent over 30 years serving complex global entities, including advising them how to navigate changing ecosystems and sector convergence.

He previously served as the Tax Market Segment Leader, providing a blueprint for other teams to follow, and has deep experience in business process improvement, tax compliance and reporting, business development and risk management.

His role integrates the firm’s extensive capabilities so retail clients and beyond are equipped to make significant progress and adeptly meet their consumers’ needs amid ongoing transformation.

Mark received his BA from Miami University of Ohio.
