As a Global Client Service Partner leading the Americas Forensic & Integrity Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, Liban works with some of the most well-known companies in the world, helping them with strategy execution, managing complex transformations and accelerating innovation.
Liban manages strategic global client relationships, while leading a team of over 2,000 forensic professionals in the Americas, as well as EY professionals across many service lines sitting in over 80 countries.
Earlier in his career as a corporate and securities lawyer, Liban represented private and sovereign clients in the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia in connection with a variety of capital markets, business structuring and formation transactions. He has also represented buyers, sellers, and special committees of boards in merger and acquisition transactions, including stock and asset deals and reorganizations.
Liban earned a juris doctorate at the University of Virginia School of Law and bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
