The competition in the consultancy market is fierce. I try to make a difference by constantly finding new solutions for clients, providing insights that have not been thought of before. At EY, everything revolves around service; working with the client we form a single team, a team that keeps on top of everything. The market demands a proactive attitude: respond quickly, shift gears quickly, and still deliver the best quality.”

How Dick is building a better working world

“I work within EY's Fiscal Affairs department and focus on everything that has to do with real estate and transactions.
