Anna has become a partner at EY Netherlands as of January 1, 2025.
The public sector has been the common thread throughout her career. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Amsterdam, she began her career at Accenture. There, she advised organizations within the public sector on strategy and digital transformation for ten years.
Anna then made the transition to Microsoft Netherlands, where she served as a board member responsible for the broad public sector and also took on the role of DEI lead. At Microsoft, she experienced how technology can act as an accelerator for societal progress. From digitization in healthcare and education to data-driven policymaking within governments, technology offers enormous opportunities to address societal challenges.
In her role, she focused on building bridges between technology, policy, and societal needs, ensuring that digital innovation truly delivers value for people and organizations.
Her move to EY as a partner is driven by the ambition to make a deeper contribution to these important issues, especially with the rise of AI and other groundbreaking technologies. Anna believes that technology should not only be smart but also used responsibly and ethically.
