- In collaboration with SAP and Microsoft, the EY organization will modernize and automate its internal business systems, enhanced by AI agents, to become an autonomous ERP.
- The EY organization is modernizing legacy EY SAP ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, on Microsoft Azure.
The EY organization announces a strategic initiative, with SAP and Microsoft, to transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition on Microsoft Azure. As part of this transformation, the EY organization will implement artificial intelligence (AI) agents to automate internal business processes, creating the first autonomous ERP business system.
SAP’s cloud ERP solutions enable innovations such as the SAP Business Data Cloud solution, and SAP Business Suite powered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud. EY teams anticipate that this implementation, with a modern architecture combination of SAP and Microsoft, will create meaningful operational efficiencies, be flexible to adapt to market requirements and changes, and fuel innovation with clients.
This strategic initiative aims to drive enterprise-level transformations for EY teams, build unique assets that will serve as a showcase, and seamlessly integrate AI agents to automate business processes. EY teams will be one of the marquee SAP implementations with a modern architecture that is flexible enough to adapt to many market requirements and changes and is futureproof. The collaboration and investments between the EY organization, SAP and Microsoft will enable new AI-driven technology that will benefit clients and help shape the future.
