The European Commission issued the Omnibus proposal, to simplify sustainability reporting rules for companies, reduce administrative burden and increase European competitiveness. The Omnibus proposal covers the CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD and CBAM. While many companies are already well underway, this announcement leads to many questions. In this webcast we invite you to discuss the key changes and potential implications for businesses.
CSRD is not meant as a compliance exercise, it is an enabler for transformation and change. Omnibus provides an opportunity to accelerate this transition. By aligning strategic priorities with reporting from a focused approach, new insights emerge that enable strategic decision making, bring operational value and enhance sustainability performance improvement. On the long term this even leads to rethinking and shaping the current business model to be future proof.
