The Future of Transformation Forum is an accelerator program built on the six transformation conditions identified through our research with the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. When applied correctly, these conditions create the necessary environment to succeed in transformations – up to 2.6 times more often, from 28% to 73%.

Transformation leaders are invited from organizations across the globe to participate in a three-month immersive program that includes coaching, masterclasses, a five-day immersion event at the University of Oxford and exclusive access to an alumni network of peers from the Future of Transformation Forum.
