Preman Menon leads the EY Strategy and Transactions practice in Malaysia.
He is a transaction advisory professional with more than 23 years of work experience, 10 of which were spent in London. He has broad-based experience advising both large and mid-market companies as well as private equity funds.
Preman’s experience in transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) includes providing both sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services to a host of companies. He has also been instrumental in developing the EY Private Equity offering in Malaysia.
In addition to M&A transactions, Preman has advised on a number of corporate advisory projects, including market entry studies for a variety of sectors such as healthcare, education and logistics.
Preman graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, UK. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
