Farah Rosley has more than 20 years’ experience managing corporate tax engagements across a variety of sectors, as well as conducting feasibility studies, reviewing incentive packages and negotiating and securing special incentive packages.

Farah has also been involved in special government initiatives and studies on tax matters and has lent insights into government policies for specific sectors.

A graduate from the University of Hull, UK in Accounting & Finance (Hons), Farah is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and a licensed Tax Agent with the Ministry of Finance.

She was also the President of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia from 2019 – 2022.

I’m a firm believer in supporting the next generation of tax professionals and initiated the EY Young Tax Professional of the Year program in Malaysia in 2013 to help create awareness of the tax profession and to develop tax professionals that are future-ready to meet the needs of the industry.”
