Areas of focus

Hélène is part of the International Tax Services of EY in Luxembourg since 2009 with focus on clients from the telecommunication, technology, media and entertainment and consumer products.

She holds a Master Degree in Law.

She works primarily with multinational clients advising on financing, holding and intellectual property structures through Luxembourg intermediate entities. This includes structuring and advices on international transactions (holding and financing), mergers and acquisitions; developing of tax efficient cash repatriation techniques for corporate and institutional investors; structuring and advices for high wealth individuals.
