Maya is helping EY clients design and curate extraordinary experiences that unleash human power through transformation, determined to make work personally meaningful and deliver long-term value. Her work with organizations shifts the “lens” of business transformation from intangible results achieved with people-centricity and workforce development, to measurable value achieved through these investments.
Additionally, Maya leads change through operating model, technology-enabled and digital transformation for some of the largest multinational companies in the consumer, hospitality and tourism, health and life sciences and energy sectors.
Maya has gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication at New Mexico State University and additional multidisciplinary graduate-level studies in human communication, business administration and labor relations at Penn State University.
