EY MENA IPO Eye Q2 2024

MENA region saw 14 IPOs valued at US$2.64b in Q2 2024

Dubai, UAE – 13 Aug 2024: According to the EY MENA IPO Eye Q2 2024 report, IPO activity in the MENA region remained resilient with 14 IPOs raising US$2.64b in proceeds during the second quarter of this year. The number of IPOs increased from the 13 listings in Q2 2023, with a corresponding increase in proceeds of 45.3% against the comparative quarter.

MENA M&A activity saw 321 deals valued at US$49.2b in H1 2024

Dubai, UAE – 30 July 2024: According to the EY MENA M&A Insights H1 2024 report, the MENA region witnessed a slight increase in merger and acquisition (M&A) activity with a total of 321 deals amounting to US$49.2b. When compared to H1 2023, deal volume this year grew by 1%, while deal value saw a more significant rise of 12%.
