Spyros is Partner and Head of Tax Services in EY Greece, focusing on international tax advice. From 2006 until 2011, Spyros also led EY’s Tax practice in Serbia. In addition, he led the Business Tax Advisory team in ΕΥ Greece.
Spyros joined EY in 2002. He graduated from the Economic Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1992, and holds a postgraduate degree in Greek Tax Law. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, and has attended numerous seminars and conferences on corporate taxation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), international tax structures and transfer pricing.
He has been involved in a wide range of tax projects, including transaction tax, transfer pricing, and M&A structuring.
