Olga is a Partner within the EY Assurance Services in Greece, and member of the EY Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe and Central Asia (CESA) Capital Markets Group.
She currently supports clients across the CESA region as a subject matter expert, helping them realise their capital-raising strategies, including initial public offerings (IPOs), and other cross-border equity and bond transactions.
Olga holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has also obtained a diploma in International Economic Relations from the Moscow State University of Management. Olga is member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
She has over 15 years of professional experience in auditing public companies, operating in various industries, including shipping, energy, mining and real estate. During this time, Olga has dedicated 10 years acting as capital markets reviewer for cross-border transactions, including IPOs, spin-offs, direct listings and other capital-raising strategies in the US and across Europe, including the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, etc.
