Konstantina is a Partner at EY’s Tax Services in Greece, with 20 years of experience.
She joined EY in 2012, after seven years at the Greek Ministry of Finance’s Corporate Income Tax Division.
She has extensive experience in tax advisory services, with a deep knowledge of corporate taxation, restructurings, and international tax structures, gained by providing services to organizations with some of the most complex agendas. The wide range of engagements she has worked on during her career, also include tax strategy and planning, tax controversy, as well as M&A structuring and transaction projects. Konstantina has also provided extensive support to various clients from a tax policy perspective.
Her work covers a variety of sectors, including consumer Products, energy and utilities, government, real estate and hospitality, and financial services.
Konstantina is a qualified lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. She has studied Law and has obtained an LLM in European and International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens’ School of Law.
Konstantina enjoys playing tennis, running, and cooking for her family and friends.
