Erin is EY Global Leader of the Engineering & Construction (E&C) Sector, coordinating the sector’s go-to-market efforts across all EY services lines.
Having served some of the largest E&C clients in the world, he has 25 years of insights into the operations, critical success factors and innovations throughout the industry.
Prior to serving as the Global Leader, Erin served as the Americas E&C Leader for eight years.
He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Texas and a member of the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Texas Society of CPAs. He currently serves on the Financial Issues Committee of the Associated General Contractors and is the Chairman of the Organizing Board of the AICPA Construction Conference.
Erin has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

Erin helps build a better working world by providing deep insights to E&C clients across the globe and addressing challenges through innovative approaches. He is actively involved in the latest developments and thought leadership in the E&C space, and frequently speaks at industry events including the AICPA Construction Conference and the American Council of Engineering Companies, among others.
Additionally, he has a long life interest in scouting and currently serves as both the Assistant Treasurer and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
