Rubens is an advocate for the positive impact civil construction can have on the economy.
Serial entrepreneur and real estate titan Rubens Menin is the founder and Chairman of Grupo MRV, a development firm that has focused on housing for low-income residents since 1979. Today, the company offers solutions to best support different stages in a client’s life, from renting to owning a home.
Rubens also founded LOG Commercial Properties SA, a commercial and industrial property developer where he is Chairman of the Board of Directors, and he is a founding partner and Chairman of Resia, a real estate developer in Miami, Florida. He is an active member of the Board of Directors at Urba Desenvolvimento Urbano S.A., which develops large urban areas for both residential and mixed-use purposes, as well as the founder and Chairman of ABRAINC, the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers.
Outside of the real estate industry, he is a founding partner and Chairman of Banco Inter, a digital bank, and the founder of Menin Douro Estates winery in Portugal. Rubens is also a force in media as the founder and Chairman of TV news channel CNN Brasil and as the owner of Rádio Itatiaia, the largest radio station in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.
