Shannon leads the Strategy and Transactions service line for EY Asia-Pacific and Oceania. In these roles, Shannon leads over 6,000 professionals to drive corporate strategy, capital allocation and transaction advisory enabling fast-track value creation for EY clients. Shannon heads the EY Asia-Pacific Area Operating Executive, EY Oceania Executive Leadership Team and is Sponsor for EY Indigenous practices in Australia and New Zealand.

Previously, Shannon led the Infrastructure Advisory practice in the Oceania region. With more than 25 years’ experience in leading infrastructure, franchising and service contracting projects in the transport sector, Shannon has advised public and private clients on projects in Australia, Europe and North America.

In addition to her roles at EY, Shannon chairs the Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN) Steering Committee, an inclusive global network bringing balanced gender representation across the infrastructure industry.

Shannon has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
