Shane is a Partner in the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young Professional Advisory Services focusing on Government, Infrastructure and Economic Advisory. He provides commercial, financial and economic advisory services in the infrastructure field to government and corporate clients.
With over 20+ years of experience working on large infrastructure projects across the globe, Shane helps with project finance and public private partnership transactions — in Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
His range of capabilities includes project implementation and leadership, economic analysis, complex business case development, feasibility assessment, commercial structuring as well as funding and financing analysis. His experience also includes project management, tender evaluation, pre-qualification analysis and evaluation, payment mechanism structuring, contractual drafting and review of commercial aspects associated with PPP deals, and negotiation.
Prior to joining the EY organization, he worked as Infrastructure Advisory Partner for another Big Four organization.
Shane earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University College Cork.
