Radwan is currently the Managing Partner Financial Services at EY & Associés, France. As such, he is responsible for all services including and not limited to Audit, Consulting, Legal, and Transaction Services, and manages the 1100 professionals who service these sectors.
He began his career in the audit sector and held the position of an auditor for a reputed CAC 40 banking group for many years. He then went on to develop a consultancy business, predominantly within risk management and financial services.
In 2006, Radwan was appointed Managing Partner of the EY Financial Services Office (FSO) France.
At an EMEIA FSO level, over the last 10 years he has successively gained experience in banking and capital markets, moving on to accounts, industry and business development (AIBD). EMEIA accounts for 14,000 professionals dedicated to the finance sector across Europe.
Radwan is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC, a leading French business school.
