Phoebe Shipp

Phoebe is the EY Asia-Pacific Risk Managed Services Leader. She leads a team supporting clients to transform their risk function from defensive tool to a strategic enabler and source of competitive advantage.

With more than 15 years of experience, Phoebe is skilled at driving large transformation projects that capture new growth and deliver tangible results.

In her current role, she’s helping clients reframe their approach to risk through Managed Services – using a powerful combination of business knowledge, leading technology and AI and proven processes to embed risk functions with agility, intelligence and resilience, while reducing costs.

Phoebe held senior roles at one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication companies before joining EY.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Honors in Management) from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Phoebe is a non-Executive Director at Villa Maria Catholic Homes in Melbourne.
