How Kym is building a better working world
“Having been on the purchaser end for more than 20 years in government, I feel strongly about getting the balance right between describing work you have led while demonstrating the value of humility. Especially knowing how much it takes to deliver results through thousands of committed care workers, policy advisors, the vicissitudes of cabinet and parliamentary processes – and by extension on committed ministers, public servants, and community organizations.”
