Heath is a technology leader in the EY Americas Legal Transformation practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He has 20 years of experience driving organizational design, knowledge management and innovation initiatives to improve the delivery of legal services. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, workflow systems design and implementations, legal risk management, artificial intelligence and leadership development. He currently advises generative AI (GenAI) strategy and governance, working closely with leading technology organizations, leading higher education institutions and the EY Global Legal Innovation Team to develop EY Law GenAI offerings.
