Georgina is the EY Asean Leader, EY wavespace with extensive experience in business design thinking, corporate innovation and strategic ecosystem partnerships. She works with various industries to solve complex challenges collaboratively, with the aim of reframing how they think, act and operate. This is done through experiential service delivery and a strong EY wavespace network across the globe that brings business, design and technology together to help create a better working world with sustainable results.
Previously, she was part of a global strategy team in a major pharmaceutical company where she led open innovation and pilot projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Before that, she was at a management consulting firm leading the development of new service offerings and their delivery to Fortune 500 companies across different sectors.
Georgina holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore. She was also a start-up mentor.
