As the EY Global Assurance Quality Leader, Diane views her role as an invaluable opportunity to help ensure quality is embedded operationally and culturally throughout the EY global organization. A key member of the EY global organization since 2016, she leads the Quality Leader network and has played a key role in the implementation of the International Standard of Quality Management 1.
During her 34 years at EY, Diane collaborated with a variety of audit clients. She was part of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures and a board member of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. Diane has a deep appreciation for the diversity of clients served by audit teams and the character of EY people and believes that teaming continues to lead the EY organization forward.
She has a BS in Accounting from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
