How Ajay is building a better working world
“In my work with clients, we work together to build trust and confidence in banks and the wider banking system. Banks are undergoing profound change from dealing with legacy issues, new regulations and supervision and technological transition. At the same time, they are having to respond to relentless disruption in society, business and geopolitics. Financial services organizations that embrace change renew themselves and emerge more resilient and relevant.”
