VEGA Grieshaber KG, a prominent German establishment that manufactures customized measuring instruments and solutions, was founded in 1959 by Bruno Grieshaber. It is headquartered in Schiltach in the Black Forest region, Germany.

VEGA is active in more than 80 countries with its subsidiaries and partners. The company employs more than 2,100 people worldwide, with the majority working in its headquarters in Schiltach. VEGA's products are known for their top-notch quality and precision, and are widely used across various industries, such as pharmaceutical plants, food industry, mining and power generation, oil rigs, and many others.

Isabel Grieshaber, from the third generation of the Grieshaber family, is now spearheading the company. She studied economics and communication design and along with her friends, founded a marketing agency after graduation. Later, she was asked to assist the marketing department of VEGA, where she led several successful campaigns, including revamping and launching the company website. During her initial years at VEGA, Isabel created VEGATRUCK, an innovative traveling classroom that brings technical on-site training right to the front door of their customer’s company. Her perseverance and continued success paved the way to her taking up a full-time role in the company.
