Monique Filer, a chartered accountant-turned entrepreneur, is the cofounder and co-CEO of b.box for kids, a multi-award winning Australian-owned and operated brand, founded by women on a mission to make parenting easier. Her journey began in the professional services and later transitioned into the energy trading industry, focusing on risk management. However, her true calling was realized when she embarked on the entrepreneurial path with b.box for kids.

Apart from being the driving force behind the strategic vision and expansion plans of b.box for kids, Monique also manages product development, operations, production and manufacturing. Under her leadership, b.box for kids has flourished over 17 years, expanding globally with offices in the US and EMEA, and teams across Australia, Europe and China. The company's distribution network now spans over 65 countries. Her "superpower" lies in identifying process gaps and crafting commercial and innovative solutions to complex business challenges. This unique skill set has positioned b.box for kids as a leader in its field.
