With a decade of strategic leadership, Alison Hardacre, the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Halaxy, has transformed a simple idea into a global health technology powerhouse.
Alison’s commitment to societal betterment extends beyond business, having served as a Non-Executive Director for major charities, and as a member of government advisory boards in health, welfare, disability and the arts. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, as well as an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Prior to embarking on an entrepreneurial path, she cultivated a rich corporate career across banking and healthcare, excelling in strategy, marketing, operations, sales and IT, reaching executive level.
Launched in 2013, Halaxy is the largest provider of practice management software in Australia, and operates in 70 countries, catering to 90 different professions, with offices in Melbourne, Cork and Vancouver.
A polyglot with proficiency in several Asian languages, Alison is currently expanding her linguistic repertoire to include Vietnamese and Irish, underscoring a dedication to cultural engagement and global communication. Through her journey, she has positioned Halaxy at the forefront of healthcare innovation, making a commendable impact on the industry and help provide a better and affordable healthcare for all.
