Mia is Partner in EY, heading the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Finland.
She supports both national and multinational companies in developing financial and IFRS reporting. Furthermore, she assists the customers in complex transaction-accounting-related matters and sustainability reporting.
Mia is currently leading a team of 50 specialists, focusing on improving financial reporting, assisting customers in complex accounting-related matters, and offering them temporary hands-on reporting support. In addition, FAAS supports creating and maintaining reliable sustainability reporting.
Mia joined EY in 2006 as an auditor and transferred to FAAS in 2014. She also has international experience within audit services from EY Oslo, where she mainly focused on the IT and technology sector.
Mia has a Master of Science in Economics from Åbo Akademi and has completed the exam for Authorized Public Accountants.
