Hannu works in consulting services as Co-Lead of the People Consulting team based in Helsinki. Hannu joined EY in 2015.

Our team is dedicated to aligning remuneration with strategy and ensuring companies utilize their most important asset well. We are also ensuring that in transactions or other transformations people related risks and opportunities are identified and handled properly to ensure a successful outcome.

Before joining EY, Hannu has worked in HR consultancy developing clients’ compensation and benefits related processes and policies and supported multiple clients in transactions.

Hannu has a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Helsinki. Minor subjects mathematics, political science, Spanish and statistics.
