EY advised Corum on acquiring a medical center building in Helsinki

Corum Origin SCPI, managed by Corum Asset Management, acquired a medical center property in Helsinki

On November 28, 2024, it was announced that Corum Origin SCPI, a French real estate investment company managed by Corum Asset Management, has acquired a medical center property at Raumantie 1a in Munkkivuori, Helsinki. The target property was previously part of the Fennia Life Insurance Company’s real estate investment portfolio.

The property has been renovated to meet modern requirements and service quality while maintaining its long history next to Munkkivuoren ostoskeskus (Munkkivuori shopping centre), one of the first shopping centres in Finland, built in 1959. The property, along with its current tenants Pihlajalinna, a major Finnish healthcare provider, and Munkkivuori Pharmacy, fits well into Corum Origin SCPI’s current portfolio and strengthens their position in the region, marking another significant step in their strategic expansion into key European markets.

EY assisted Corum Origin SCPI throughout the process with financial due diligence.
