Are you part of the next generation of women in Strategy and Transactions?
EY Helsinki Strategy and Transactions team invites female students to a casual case and networking event to learn more about EY and career opportunities in the Strategy and Transactions teams.
The EY NextGen Women event will take place on the 27rd of March 2025 (at 12-17) and will be held at EY’s offices in Helsinki – Korkeavuorenkatu 32-34.
Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities to connect with EY professionals and fellow participants. Engage in meaningful conversations, exchange ideas, and learn from industry experts. This event is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, ensuring you leave with valuable knowledge and new connections.
During this engaging and informative event, you'll participate in a case-solving session where you'll work in groups to address real-world consulting challenges. This is your chance to use your creativity, enhance your problem-solving skills, present your solutions and of course learn from EY professionals about case-solving.
We will also host a panel discussion in which you’ll hear inspirational stories from women in EY’s Strategy & Transactions teams. They will share their career stories, learnings from their career, and inspiration for you to aim for your dreams in the future.
As the day concludes, you can join us for a networking event with food and drinks. This is a great opportunity to meet the EY team in a relaxed setting, have open discussions, and start building your professional network. Don't miss out on this chance to learn, have fun, and make meaningful connections!
By participating in the Finnish event, you will get a chance to win the following prizes based on the case-solving exercise:
- 1st place: The winner of the case cracking will participate in the global EY NextGen Women final and will get a chance to compete in the global competition. The winner also receives a 6-month mentorship program with one of our Strategy and Transactions experts.
- 2nd place: 6-month mentorship program with one of our Strategy and Transactions experts.
- 3rd place: 3-month mentorship program with one of our Strategy and Transactions experts.

- Attach your CV and a short cover letter in which you tell us briefly about your background, motivations, and why a the NextGen event interests you.
