What are the advantages of participating?
Participating in the competition can be a transformative experience for your career growth, enabling you to advance as a professional and discover your calling in transactions, strategy, and the realm of M&A. This competition provides an opportunity to gain insight into working at EY in the M&A sector, connect with representatives from four departments, and potentially earn a mentorship program and internship with EY. It's an excellent chance to learn and showcase your skills. As a member of the organizing team, led by three women, I believe it's an incredible way to impart our knowledge to aspiring female students in this field, fostering their professional growth and encouraging teamwork across disciplines.
