As the leader of EY Asia-Pacific FSO Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) and Sustainable Finance Field of Play (FoP), Kazuto provides financial institutions with ESG-related professional services widely.

In addition, as the deputy leader of EY Japan FSO Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), Kazuto leads a variety of projects for financial institutions in the areas of financial reporting, macroprudential regulation, risk management, controls and governance.

Prior to joining EY, he worked for a multinational investment bank in Japan, with responsibility for internal and external financial reporting, risk and regulatory management, capital adequacy ratio management and internal control assessment.

Kazuto is a qualified Certified Public Accountant in Japan. He serves on the Banking Industry Committee of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
