He has a deep knowledge of the insurance industry and advises clients on growth and value creation, reshaping portfolios and operational transformation.
Previously, Gaston led strategy and execution in North America for a global insurance broker.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina.
