Dominic is a Partner in the Community Impact practice at EY Australia and an internationally engaged author, keynote speaker and workshop facilitator in the fields of innovation, behaviour change, community impact and education.
Before joining EY, Dom was founder of Karrikins Group, a behaviour change consultancy he built to over 100 staff with offices across Asia-Pacific and North America. At Karrikins, Dom designed and implemented some of the largest behaviour change programs in the world, reaching over 700,000 people face-to-face every year.
Dom has led research for, and co-authored, best-sellers published in over 15 countries, and has helped deliver work spanning government and the public sector, financial services, technology, and telco and FMCG businesses.
Since Karrikins was acquired by EY teams in 2019, Dom has led a practice focused on delivering large-scale programs with a particular emphasis on youth and education.
Dom holds a B.A. from the University of Sydney.
