I believe we should invest more in our community and support everyone to be the best they can be. This means helping the children, young persons, families or individuals that are falling through the cracks of our support systems.

How Chris is building a better working world

"I believe that every person has a duty to invest in the wellbeing of their community.

I am fortunate enough to be able to do this through both my personal and working life. My wife and I have invested in a local family to keep their kids in school and housed after the father abandoned them with no financial security.

Through work I am fortunate to be able to provide pro-bono support to NGOs supporting youth mental health, a cause I have been able to support for five years now through our EY Foundation.

As one person I can have some impact, but working as part of a team we can help build a better society for everyone."
