Barbara leads external communications for EY Global Alliances and Ecosystems. In this role, she raises awareness of the EY ecosystem of relationships and the services available to clients in areas spanning innovation, technology and sustainability.
She also focuses on building the brand of EY alliances across the globe.
Barbara is a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders and decision-makers. Her previous experience includes supporting external communications for EY Americas’ talent and diversity, equity and inclusiveness initiatives.
Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Barbara is passionate about fostering a culture of belonging and advancing diversity, equity and inclusiveness. She sits on the leadership board of the EY Tri-State Latinx Professional Network, supporting initiatives that boost the career development of its over 800 members.
She is also committed to mentoring the next generation of public relations professionals. Barbara is frequently asked to present to both high school and college students about the industry and share insights on the future of the profession.
