Together with EY People Advisory Services teams worldwide, Shalinder helps government and public sector organizations give their employees the skills and capabilities they need, particularly in digital, to help deliver better services to citizens. He promotes global collaboration and knowledge sharing so that governments can deploy proven solutions with lasting impact and value.
In his 14 years with the EY organization, Shalinder has lived and worked in the US, UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia. He began his career with a technology firm, after attaining a degree in Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering and an MBA from the Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, both of which are located at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
