She focuses on financial due diligence, exit readiness preparation and needs analysis, working capital forecast reviews, carve-outs, and data analytics across a range of mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
She has extensive cross-industry transaction experience with a strong focus on retail and consumer products in the sub-Saharan context. She leads connected capital technologies in Strategy and Transactions across Africa region.
