Kazunori is EY Japan's Insurance Sector Leader. He spent over thirty years at a foreign consulting firm, where he provided a wide range of consulting services for domestic and overseas insurance companies based in Japan. Services included establishing business strategies and digital strategies, organizational restructuring, operational reform, ecosystem creation, support in the implementation of IT, and support for business mergers.
In his previous role, Kazunori spent seven years as the general finance leader in the consulting department of a foreign accounting firm and served as a cross-business insurance sector leader. He joined EY Advisory and Consulting Co., Ltd. (now EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd.) as the General Leader for Japanese insurance companies in May 2019.
Kazunori graduated from Waseda University’s School of Political Science and Economics.
