Andrew is the EY Global Transactions Private Equity Leader. He recently also held global leadership roles for Reshaping Results as well as the Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy teams. He acts as a financial advisor in restructurings, debt re-financings and transactions involving underperforming, stressed and distressed assets.
He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and restructuring, advising underperforming businesses’ stakeholders and assisting in the recovery of ailing companies. He has also advised on and helped to implement operational turnaround and M&A solutions. Furthermore, Andrew has board experience from chief restructuring officer and chairman roles.
Previously, he led restructuring services in London and then in New York, establishing the EY Americas Restructuring group.
Andrew has a BSc in Economics from University College London.
