A proven leader with more than 25 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, Karen is the EY Americas Energy & Resources Leader.
In this role, she focuses on the Energy & Resources business across three sectors: Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining. She is also the lead client partner for one of the firm’s largest utility clients.
Before assuming the EY Americas Energy & Resources leadership role, Karen led the EY Americas Power & Utilities sector. She is a seasoned consultant at Ernst & Young LLP for more than 10 years and was previously a partner at another management consulting firm, and was instrumental in building the cross-functional team that implemented a first-of-its-kind digital transformation program at a major utility.
Karen earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
